Private lessons are tailored to meet your needs to help build strength and flexibility in your mind and body. After our initial call to discuss your needs I will support you with your yoga practice and healing journey. Yoga styles include Yin Yoga Slow Vinyasa Flow Vinyasa Flow Sessions also include breathing exercises, meditation and sound relaxation. Private Yoga & Healing Sessions Private lessons are thoughtfully tailored to support your individual needs — helping you cultivate strength, flexibility, and balance in both mind and body. We begin with an initial consultation to explore your goals, challenges, and intentions. From there, I’ll guide you through a personalised yoga practice that supports your physical, emotional, and energetic well-being. Styles Offered: Yin Yoga – Deep, meditative stretching to release tension and restore balance Slow Vinyasa Flow – A gentle, mindful flow to build strength and presence Vinyasa Flow – A dynamic, breath-led practice to energise and strengthen Each session also includes breathwork (pranayama), guided meditation, and sound relaxation, creating a holistic experience that nourishes your entire being.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel for any reason please contact me to reschedule your class. Refunds are not available. Cancellations with less then 24 hours notice will still need to cover the cost of the booking. If for any reason I need to cancel the booking I will provide you with a full refund.
