In Person: Private Yoga Class

Service Description

Private lessons are tailored to meet your needs to help build strength and flexibility in your mind and body. After our initial call to discuss your needs I will support you with your yoga practice and healing journey. Yoga styles include Yin Yoga Slow Vinyasa Flow Vinyasa Flow Sessions also include breathing exercises, meditation and sound relaxation. Private studios are available to rent at an extra cost of £30 in Crouch End and Central London.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel for any reason please contact me to reschedule your class. Refunds are not available. Cancellations with less then 24 hours notice will still need to cover the cost of the class. If for any reason I need to cancel the class I will provide you with a full refund.
