Yoga classes in Hampstead Heath!
The summer is here and mother nature is calling us to spend more time outside.
Practising yoga in nature has wonderful benefits for our overall wellbeing and peace of mind.
You are invited to join me and our beautiful community to experience a special yoga class offering with meditation and gong relaxation.
All levels welcome.
We will meet at the entrance of the Heath by Merton Lane and Millfield Lane at 10am.
