YO!GA - THE FOUNDATIONS CLASS & SOUND RELAXATION

Join Veronica for this special event to welcome the festive season.

The Foundations Class is perfect for yoga beginners. It takes you on a journey of Pranayama (Breath Control) Traditonal Hatha Yoga, Basic Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga and ends with a spoken word Shavasana.

The instructions are pre recorded in a rap spoken word flow with rhythm and rhyme over a colorful Hip Hop soundtrack. You will be introduced to positive Rapfirmations (I get back up when I fall - I stand tall - I'm capable) everytime you hear the cue - YO!GA

The class is totally unique, inviting you to step out of your comfort zone with call and response Rapfirmations. 

Your body will move and your mind will relax.

At the end of the class Veronica will lead you into a sound relaxation using crystal bowls, gong, chimes and live vocals.
