About the event
Somatics & Sound is a gentle, mindful practice designed to release tension, restore natural alignment, and support deep relaxation.
This class is especially beneficial for those who wish to replenish their energy, explore their inner landscape, and experience a safe and supportive space for healing.
Each session combines slow, conscious movement, gentle breathwork, and a restorative sound bath. Together, these practices support nervous system regulation and help you cultivate a deeper, more compassionate relationship with your body.
I may offer gentle hands-on de-armouring techniques to help release energetic blocks held in the body. I will always ask for your consent before offering any physical touch.

Single Class & 1:1 Session
This ticket option includes access to one class and a private somatic alignment session with Veronica at her home studio in Crouch End. These last for 90 minutes and should be booked no later then a month after attending the class.
