Spend your Sunday afternoon exploring yoga poses with someone special.

Partner yoga is a great way to bond and receive assisted support to stretch your body in a fun and relaxed environment.

This workshop is suitable for all levels and is great for releiving stress and tension.

I will lead you into a relaxaing sound bath meditation using gong and crystal bowls.

Tea and snacks will be offered at the end.

All props and yoga mats will be provided.
