This Valentine's Day you are invited to join me at Self Retreat for an intimate ceremony that will open your heart and bring you back into a state presence and peace.
The main body of this event will focus on receiving Somatic Alignment, a transformational energy healing treatment that connects breathwork with movement and touch. It supports your wellbeing by gently removing energy blocks stuck in the body, creating a transformational healing experience that will continue to evolve beyond the initial practice.
Gentle breathwork guides the journey and I will assist in de-armouring your blocks using touch and movement.
Spaces are limited to 7 in order to create a safe and intimate environment.
