Holding space on New Year’s Day has become a meaningful tradition for me over the past couple of years, and I am thrilled to be offering it again.
The Laboratory Spa is nestled in the heart of Alexandra Palace. The studio is filled with natural light and a sense of quiet calm, making it the perfect space to slow down, ground yourself, and settle into the energy of the new year.
