Are you looking for a short wellness break to rest and recharge?
This year the official self care week takes place from the 13th - 19th November. It just so happens that my New Moon Soul Retreat falls on the same week! The new moon will be in full effect from 9.27am on the 13th in the sign of Scorpio. We will be working with its energies to let go of what no longer serves us and transform into new beginnings.
You are invited to join me for four nights in magical Marrakech to indulge in all things self-care. Our yoga classes will take place in the outdoor yoga shala and will be themed around the four elements - Earth, Water, Fire and Air.
