About the event
Welcome to the 4th chapter of my New Moon Soul Retreat. The journey continues with a new moon in Aries bringing big changes to our lives and more excitment on our personal plans and goals.
I invite you to join me for an intimate gathering with beautiful souls to tap into this powerful energy.
We will come together in a sacred circle to drink cacao, set intentions and chant positive affirmations.
The physical practice will teach you how to be still and release tension using Yin Yoga.
The relaxation will combine sleep yoga with sound to encourange deep rest and relaxation.
This is suitable for all levels.
Please bring your own cup for the cacao and something to cover your eyes for the relaxation.
All other props are avaialble at the studio.
