An opening circle with breathwork and meditation to set intentions.
A deep Yin Yoga Practice to release tension from the mind and body
A restful Yoga Nidra sound bath to draw you into deep states of relaxation.
What you will need
A quiet space
A hot drink of your choice
A pen and some paper
A yoga mat or carpet with pillows or yoga props
A blanket and something to cover your eyes
