New Moon Cacao Ceremony & Sound Bath - Valentine's Special

I am excited to invite you to join me at Jacksons Lane for a gentle Friday night to welcome the New Moon.

This event will focus on the vibration of love for ourselves and each other.

Let us take the time to sit and gain wisdom from the magical cacao before resting back into a loving and healing sound bath.

I will take you on a journey using gong, chimes, singing bowls, my voice and other colorful sounds.

What is a Cacao Ceremony?

A Cacao ceremony involves drinking a beverage made from cacao which is a raw form of chocolate.

Cacao has been used for centuries in indigenous clutures in South Ameriica for its physical and mental health benefits.

In a cacao ceremony the focus is typically on setting intentions, connecting with oneself and others, and gaining insight and guidance through meditation, music and other spiritual practices.

The sound bath experience will transition your brainwaves from the very active Beta waves to the state of Theta associated with meditation, creativity, deep relaxation and other forms of healing. As you move into Theta your body thinks it will be asleep for 8-10 hours. Your immune system, digestion and other organs are able to function more effectively as the body can focus on function and healing rather then thinking.
