Full Moon Sound Bath

Greetings Light Dreamers

You are invited to join my complimentrary sound bath as part of my sound healing training.

This event will compliment the releasing and letting go energy of the full moon taking place at 04.41 on Sunday 4th June in the sign of Sagittarius.

The sound bath will last around 20 minutes. I will be playing a mixture of instruments including singing bowls, chimes, bells and my voice.

You will be resting on a yoga mat on the floor with an eye pillow, blanket and bolster to elevate your legs. All equipment will be avaialble to use at the studio.

I have 8 sacred spaces avaialble so do book early if you would like to join.

I will guide you into a deep state of relaxation which will support any releasing and healing that you wish to receive.

The session will be recorded on my laptop and will only be shared with my teacher trainer who will be assesing my technique.
