Full Moon & Lunar Eclipse: Cacao Ceremony, Vocal Alchemy & Sound Meditation

This Full Moon event is all about deepening our connection with ourselves and each other.

We will begin by setting intentions with a meditation. 

You are invited to enjoy a warming cup of cacao as we open up the circle for sharing and reflection.

I will guide you through some vocal toning and Rapfirmations to support clearing any blocakages in the heart and throat chakras.

My sound meditation invites you to lay down the weight you have been carrying, snuggle up under a blanket and drift off into a deep state of relaxation.
