New Year's Day is often spent at home, nursing a hangover, resenting January for being one of the darkest and coldest months of the year. Staying at home watching Netflix all afternoon could be a good option for a quick Dopamine hit but in all honesty it is not sustainable or proactive if you actually want to set high standards for yourself in 2025. Many of us set resolutions but within a few weeks they are long forgotten and we go back to our old ways of lacking discipline and not taking the stage to bring more joy and abundance into our lives.
