Easter Holiday Parent and Child Yoga Workshop

Welcome to a fun family workshop with movement, games, singing and sound.

The workshop invites you to bond with your child in a fun and creative way. There will be lots of variety to keep you excited and some time to relax at the end.

This workshop is suitable for children aged 4-7

Please bring yoga mats with you if you can and blankets and pillows for the relaxation.

Please get in touch if you are interested in doing this but your child is over 7 years old. An additional workshop may be added in the afternoon.
