Autumn Equinox: Sound Meditation & Cacao Ceremony

The autumn equinox falls in the astrological sign of Libra which is all about balanacing the scales and aligns with the equal length of day and night that will be expereinced on the 23rd September. It marks the start of autumn as the night becomes longer than the day and is the perfect time to start a fresh and focus on what you would like to accomplish over the next 6 months. The sign of Libra suggests we spend more time listening before making big decisions.

I would like to invite you to join me for a gentle evening to ground in a safe and happy space with a warm cup of sacred cacao before resting into a 45 minute soundbath meditation. As the sunsets on this sacred evening the candles will shine their light and support the transition of letting go in order to invite ther new.

I will support the session with my sound instruments and voice.

You will have the option to share in the space, create a gratitude list and chant with me to encourage more joy and light into your vibration, helping to heal any wounds or sickness that you may be experiencing.

This event is suitable for all and will be able to support you to receive deep rest and relaxation.
